Any expense claim will not be reimbursed without a valid legible receipt
If the information provided proves not to be accurate when crossed checked, Driving Force Global reserves the right to change the information as we see fit. This action could change the amount invoiced by you or your chauffeur
Once your log sheet information has been submitted it can not be altered in any way whatsoever
All booking information submitted will be scrutinised by Driving Force and subject to Driving Force Global approval
This drivers log sheet does not constitute an invoice
Duration of contract is variable in accordance with the clients/passengers requirements, therefore Driving Force Global cannot be held liable in anyway whatsoever should a hire/booking/contract or part of the duration of hire/booking/contract be cancelled for any reason and at any time, before the commencement of the hire/booking/contract or during the hire/booking/contract for one or numerous vehicles
