I. The client will be charged for the whole period of hire confirmed, if 24hrs or less notice has been provided before the pick-up date / time, charges will be based on the confirmed reservation.
II. If a booking is made and cancelled the same day, the client is liable for the whole booking if the vehicle has departed our base including any out of pocket expenses incurred, charges will be based on the confirmed reservation. If the vehicle has not departed our base there will be no charge.
III. Cancellation on arrival will be charged in full, including any out of pocket expenses; charges will be based on the confirmed reservation.
IV. Cancellations must be received in writing by email to: dispatch@drivingforceglobal.com
V. If a cancellation is received 24hrs or more prior to the pickup time/date, no charge will be levied.
VI. Consideration of any cancellation will be based on the time a cancellation notice was received and calculated using local date/time of the city the hire is provided.
VII. 9 to 53pax capacity vehicles have specific terms of cancellation which can be supplied on request, please contact our office at: dispatch@drivingforceglobal.com
VIII. Should a vehicle breakdown or experience a mechanical failure during the hire, every effort will be made by the Company to repair or replace the vehicle in good time minimizing the impact or hindrance to the passengers. Should a replacement vehicle be allocated we cannot guarantee the same make/type as the original vehicle supplied. The Company shall not be accountable for any inconvenience, loss or damage which may arise from such mechanical failure or breakdown.
IX. The Company cannot accept responsibility for failure to perform a booking for reasons outside of its control or be delayed by reason such as: extreme weather conditions, fire, strikes, road/tunnel/ferry/bridge closures, accidents, terrorist action, acts of God, though every effort will be made to provide the service confirmed.
X. The above terms do not apply to an event or block bookings as each event or block booking have specific contracted terms of cancellation. Should you booking request be part of an event or block booking, please contact our office at: dispatch@drivingforceglobal.com for the specific hire terms.
XI. Our full terms and conditions of hire apply to all bookings which can be supplied on request.
